About John Harvat
Dr. John Harvat graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1998 and then completed a one-year ocular disease residency program at the Kansas City VA hospital with an emphasis in glaucoma management.
Dr. Harvart practiced for two years in Wisconsin before joining The EyeDoctors Optometrist in 2001. Dr. Harvat has been married for 22 years to his wife and has three daughters that remind him daily that he is never too old to learn and they are never too young to teach. In his free time, he is an avid fisherman and enjoys all activities outdoors.
